The Association is open to all serving LIC employees in the South Central Zone who belong to the Other Backward Classes (OBC) category as recognized by the Government of India. Membership is also extended to eligible employees across all cadres and designations within the participating divisions.
We follow a structured advocacy process, beginning with documentation of the grievance at the divisional level, followed by formal representation to the concerned LIC authorities. If unresolved, the matter is escalated to the Zonal Committee for further dialogue and action, including coordination with management and relevant commissions as needed.
While we are not a legal or financial aid organization, we offer guidance and referral support on service-related matters, including reservation policy compliance and grievance redressal. For complex cases, we may coordinate with legal advisors or federations specializing in OBC and service law.
Members receive updates through official circulars, email communications, and divisional notices. Important announcements are also shared via the Association’s website and, where applicable, through dedicated WhatsApp groups or regional meetings organized by the divisional units.
