On the eve of the visit of the Regional Manager (P&IR) to our Division, the LIC OBC Employees Welfare Association, Raichur Division, was invited for a meeting.

Five delegates represented the Association at the meeting. On behalf of the OBC EWA Raichur, the delegates warmly welcomed and felicitated the respected Regional Manager (P&IR).

A meaningful and positive interaction was held with the RM (P&IR). During the meeting, several important developments of the Association were discussed, and key OBC-related issues and grievances were placed before him through a formal memorandum.

The respected RM (P&IR) responded positively to the issues raised and assured his support, which was highly encouraging and motivating for the Association.
