The LIC OBC Employees Welfare Association, South Central Zone, continues to actively pursue the welfare and legitimate interests of OBC employees through constructive engagement with management, statutory authorities, and constitutional institutions.
As part of this commitment, a delegation of the Association met Hon’ble NCBC Chairperson Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti Ji at NCBC Bhavan and submitted various concerns relating to LIC OBC employees. The delegation discussed important issues affecting employees, including policy-related matters, employee welfare, representation of OBC employees, and the effective conduct of Liaison Meetings within LIC.
During the meeting, the Association highlighted the need for timely attention to issues concerning OBC employees and emphasized the importance of strengthening institutional mechanisms that ensure fair representation and effective communication between employees and management. The delegation also shared its views on various policy matters and employee-related concerns that require consideration at appropriate levels.
The interaction provided an opportunity for meaningful discussion and exchange of views on matters affecting OBC employees across the South Central Zone. The Hon’ble Chairperson patiently heard the concerns presented by the delegation and appreciated the efforts being undertaken to represent employees through proper and constructive channels.
