Shri D. Srinivas Rao, General Secretary, addressed the gathering and explained the importance of unity, cooperation and collective action in safeguarding the legitimate interests of members. He called upon the attendees to remain united and organised while taking up the genuine grievances of employees with the management.

He emphasised that a strong and united association is essential for effectively representing the concerns of its members and achieving constructive solutions through proper discussion and dialogue with the management. He also encouraged members to work with dedication, discipline and mutual understanding for the overall welfare and progress of OBC employees.

The conference concluded with a renewed commitment from all participants to strengthen the Association, support one another, and collectively pursue the genuine demands and grievances of members in a democratic and constructive manner.
