On the birth anniversary of Former Prime Minister Shri Vishwanath Pratap Singh Ji (25 June 1931 – 27 November 2008), the LIC OBC Employees’ Welfare Association, South Central Zone, pays its heartfelt tributes to a visionary leader whose courageous leadership transformed the course of social justice in India.
